This course fee includes  9 to 16 days of Daily Customized English Learning, a Personalized Learning Plan, Private English Coaching, everyday Real Life Learning opportunities (all day access to your English Coaches) - and 9 to 16 days of Sleeping, Eating, private local travel and activities like hiking, wildlife watching and a special goodbye dinner.

*You are responsible to make sure that you understand these terms and conditions, including any translation if that is necessary for you.  

Cancellation and Refunds:  ·      
Due to the strict cancellation policies of the accommodations we book, no refunds will be issued. Exceptions will not be made for any reason, including weather, injury, illness, or personal emergencies. ·      
The retreat is non-refundable, unless there is an active waiting list for the retreat you registered for. You may enquire if your spot can be transferred to someone on the waiting list, and if a person on the waiting list registers, you can be issued a refund once the transfer is complete and payment has been received from the participant on the waiting list. Transfers must be completed and submitted to andrea@englishretreats.ca 2 weeks before the retreat start date. If there is no active waiting list, the no refund policy remains. ·      
The full balance of the retreat fee is due on acceptance into the Retreat. There are no payment plans available. ·      
No refunds or credits will be issued if you fail to attend the retreat, fail to complete the retreat, choose to leave the retreat early, or choose to arrive late.  

Exclusions: International Airfare and Trip Insurance ·      
Travel and airfare (plane ticket) to the retreat country is NOT included in your retreat fee. You are responsible for your own travel to the International Airport in the retreat country.
Travel Insurance (Travel/Medical/Trip Cancellation/Lost Luggage) is NOT included in your retreat fee. We recommend that you buy your own travel insurance and encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance to ensure that your trip fees are covered, should unforeseen circumstances arise that would prevent you from traveling. Trip insurance can also be purchased to cover medical expenses if your current health insurance policy does not cover you when traveling. Some travel insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. You are fully responsible for finding and purchasing or declining the recommended insurance.  

Changes and Cancelations by English Retreats: ·      
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for unforeseen circumstances, in which case all money paid by participants will be refunded in full. ·        
We reserve the right to book the most suitable retreat accommodations venue. The photos of accommodations as seen in the brochure are examples only. We are dedicated to ensuring that you receive a comfortable, wonderful accommodation environment and we will only be able to confirm the retreat venue after bookings are finalized. Book early to make sure we have enough time to book the best possible venues!! ·      
We reserve the right to change the schedule or itinerary if necessary. The schedule and itinerary in the brochure are examples only. We are committed to providing you with a quality language experience and any changes to the schedule or itinerary will keep this in mind.  

Photo/Video Permission: ·      
The retreat will be filmed and photographed. By purchasing an English Retreat, you acknowledge that you agree to be photographed and recorded for englishretreats.ca, in addition to any and all social media outlets including (but not limited to) YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and any other media related to English Retreats throughout the world and the advertising and publicity thereof.  

Restrictions: ·      
The retreat is 19 years old and over only. Date of birth as of the retreat must be on or before 1997. ID is required to purchase package and enter the retreat. ·      
This retreat is not a party experience. We will not be clubbing, partying with alcohol or drugs or encouraging wild, noisy behaviour. Intoxication with drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated and English Retreats reserves the right to send participants home without a refund if they cannot comply with these terms and conditions. Participants will be responsible for the extra travel costs associated with their early return. (Consumption of alcohol in moderate amounts with a meal or after a day of skiing is fine – you are adults – it is getting drunk or high on drugs that we will not tolerate)  

Payment Options ·      
Pay by bank transfer, debit/credit card via Paypal or online from the online invoice statement (add 3% processing fee for debit/credit card transactions).

If yes, do you want to share a private bedroom and Queen size bed with your partner or friend? (You do not have to pay the extra fee for the private bedroom)
